At Guru IPTV we stand behind the quality of our service. This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be considered and the process for submitting a refund request. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Because Guru IPTV is a digital streaming service, our refund policy differs from that of physical product retailers. Once login credentials have been delivered and the service has been accessed, the nature of the digital product means standard return policies do not apply in the same way.
Guru IPTV offers IPTV subscriptions on a one-time payment basis for periods of 1, 2, 5 or 6 years. Upon successful payment, login credentials are delivered to your email address and you gain immediate access to the service.
Given the instant digital delivery of our service, we operate a limited refund policy. We encourage all customers to contact our support team before purchasing if they have any questions about compatibility, device support or service coverage. Our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you.
Guru IPTV is a fully digital service. There are no physical goods, discs, hardware or tangible items involved in any purchase. Once your credentials are delivered by email and you access the service, the subscription is considered active and used.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a digital service and that delivery begins immediately upon receipt of your login credentials. This is consistent with standard digital goods consumer policies in most jurisdictions.
We strongly recommend contacting our support team before purchase if you are unsure whether our service is compatible with your device, internet connection or location. A free trial may be available — please see Section 7 for details.
A refund may be considered in the following limited circumstances:
All refund requests are reviewed individually. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to make the final determination on all refund decisions.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
Temporary service interruptions, scheduled maintenance periods or brief outages on individual channels do not qualify as grounds for a refund. We work to resolve all service issues as quickly as possible.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria outlined in Section 3, please contact our support team as soon as possible with the following information:
All refund requests must be submitted by email to support@guruiptv.it.com or through our Contact Us page. Requests submitted through any other channel may not be processed.
Once a refund request is received, our team will review it within 3 to 5 business days. We may contact you during this period to request additional information or to attempt to resolve the issue through technical support before processing a refund.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Guru IPTV is not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or payment processor in returning the funds to your account.
Before committing to a full subscription, we may offer a free trial period to allow you to test the service on your devices and internet connection. If a free trial is available at the time of your enquiry, our support team will provide you with the details.
We strongly encourage customers who are unsure about compatibility or service quality to take advantage of a trial before purchasing. Contact us before buying and we will do our best to help you make an informed decision.
Trial credentials are provided for personal testing purposes only and must not be shared. Misuse of trial access may disqualify you from obtaining a future trial or subscription.
If you experience any technical difficulties with the service, we ask that you contact our support team before requesting a refund. The vast majority of technical issues — including buffering, login problems, missing channels or app configuration errors — can be resolved quickly by our team.
Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can assist you via email or our contact page. We are committed to resolving all technical issues as a priority.
A refund will only be considered for technical issues if our support team has been given a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the problem and has been unable to do so.
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are always willing to work with you to find a fair resolution and most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the immediate suspension of your account and any associated credentials. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that are filed in circumstances that do not meet our refund eligibility criteria.
Abuse of the chargeback process to obtain free service is considered fraudulent and may be reported to relevant authorities.
